Shipping policy
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
When submitting your order online we commit to deliver to your preferred delivery address within 3 to 4 days.
- We currently only deliver to Malta.
- We are looking at setting up deliveries to Gozo in the near future.
- We do not ship internationally.
DELIVERY FEES
- Delivery is free of charge on all orders over EUR 40. Delivery fee of EUR 4.00 will be charged for orders lower than EUR 40.
PICK-UP
Customers who prefer to pick up their order may do so from our hair salon in Zurrieq:

Our opening hours are:
Tuesday: 09:00 - 17:00
Wednesday: 09:00 to 14:00
Thursday: 09:00 to 19:30
Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00
*We will reimburse any delivery fees charged by our online shop if customer opts to pick up his order.
OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS:
We will inform you at our earliest when we run out of stock of an ordered product. We commit to offer 2 options to our customers:
1) Full refund
2) Agree on a longer delivery term - stock is replenished every 14-21 days.
